DIY: Turn Your Long Sleeve Gown To A Two Piece/Crop Top And Skirt
17:02Hello to my amazing readers, how's the holiday going? Mine is beyond terrible, all I do is sleep, eat and watch series. I have to say though I'm totally in love with Orange Is The New Black (if you haven't seen it, you should totally check it out) my favourite character got to be Doggett the way her character evolved throughout the three seasons from a religious fanatic, a comical one at that to someone you could almost relate to anyway enough of me blabbing.
Today's new post is a DIY (do I hear yaay from the crowd) lol so like I always say "Boredom births creativity" (I think that's how I say it, I'm not sure anymore). So anyway I pick an old gown I had and recycled it turning it to a two piece which is really lovely and simple to do so follow this very easy steps.
THINGS NEEDED
• Gown
• Scissors
• Needle and thread
• Elastic Band
• Chalk or marker
STEPS
• Measure how long you want your crop top to be with a tape rule.
• Mark it then cut the gown into two with your scissors.
• Hem the blouse for a neat finish.
• Get a band or elastic and hem the top of the skirt and Viola! You have your two piece.
Remember you could rock this outfits separately. You could wear the crop top with jeans or skirt and you could wear the skirt with a crop top or shirt. Remember to accessories and have a fab day.
